
Dr. Amanda Pires
Dr. Amanda Pires was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, majoring in neurobiology, physiology, and behavior and minoring in Spanish.
She then went to podiatry school at Des Moines University in Iowa. Dr. Pires then completed her podiatric surgical residency at UPMC in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in which she received well-rounded training in both conservative and surgical treatments of forefoot and rear foot pathologies.
Dr. Pires is a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, doing handcrafts, and volunteering in the community.
